I'VE BEEN GIFTED AN EXPERIENCE. WHAT IS INCLUDED?

If you have been gifted an experience, your portrait session is included and the details will be listed in your confirmation email.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE ALLOWED IN A PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION?

For families, we typically photograph a maximum of 8-9 members at one time. if you have an extended family, or expect more than 12 in your group, please advise your booking consultant.

HOW LONG IS THE PORTRAIT SESSION AND VIEWING?

Sessions are two hours long - approximately one hour for photography and editing, and the second hour for viewing and ordering.

DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE ANY IMAGES?

There is never any obligation to purchase. Of course we hope you love your artwork and want to invest in portraits for your home!

CAN I PURCHASE DIGITAL IMAGES?

Absolutely! We know that in this social media world, people want to share their images with their family and friends. Once you have selected your basic printed images, there are various digital options, and they can be customized based on how many images you love and want to order.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Our heirloom portraits and frames are custom and we do not refund or cancel orders. We guarantee our artwork and will ensure you are pleased with every portrait.

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER

For our fine art portraits, delivery can be expected between 8-12 weeks. Most orders are drop shipped directly to your home.

IT'S BEEN 8 WEEKS, BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE MY ORDER

We pride ourselves on our handcrafted products and high-quality control standards. While we strive to meet our production timeline, there may be rare instances where slight delays occur.

Don't worry, our production team will keep you informed via email if there are any delays to your order. We understand the anticipation of receiving your special artwork, and we want to make the process as stress-free as possible for you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ARTWORK ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We’ve been creating custom handcrafted artwork since 1968 and it’s our legacy to help you create and display your cherished memories in your home. We take great care in our production process, but there may be instances where errors occur, or the artwork is damaged during delivery.

In the unlikely event that this happens, there's no need to worry. We have a straightforward and hassle-free solution for reworking or replacing your artwork. Just send an email at legacy@keanestudios.com or call us and we'll take care of the rest.

WHAT DOES THE AVERAGE FAMILY SPEND?

You will have the opportunity to purchase portraits at a viewing session directly after your session. All of your artwork comes finished and ready for display, with a range of products to suit everyone’s style.

The refundable deposit for families is $195. You can use your deposit toward a purchase or we will refund it to your card at the time of your viewing.

We do offer payment plans.

Average investments are about $1000-$1500 and up but there are no minimums so you can purchase whatever suits you best.
